Christopher Sable​

Mr. Christopher Sable has 30 years of experience in various aspects of project and construction management, CPM schedule development and implementation, project controls (EIA-748 Standard for Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)), civil/ roadway designing, field engineering, project schedule risk analysis, construction project auditing, construction claims analysis and settlement negotiation, and arbitration and litigation support.
 
His qualifications include preparation and updating of CPM schedules, Forensic Schedule analysis  using various methods outlined in AACEI 29R-03, Section 3, claims/ Request for Equitable Adjustment (REA, change order analyses and dispute resolution, highway design, construction highway plan design reviews, arbitration and mediation preparation, managing expert consultants, document control and field supervision, subcontractor scope development and monitoring, productivity analysis, cost estimating, surveying and construction inspection service.
 
Mr. Sable’s diverse expertise has been obtained through involvement on numerous project types, including: Commercial buildings, roadways and bridges; parking garage structures, theme park attractions, cement storage facilities, processing plants, and terminals; schools, apartments, museums; LNG, FPSO, petroleum refinery, gas supply expansion, semi-submersible oil platform, tank farm, natural gas floating platform, waterway locks and peaker & combined cycle power plants.
